05 - Acceptable Submission Rules

These rules apply to public form submissions, Workflow Finder text, feedback, referral messages, and any first inquiry.

Submit only high-level workflow descriptions

• I want to improve onboarding of new clients in my shop.
• We lose follow-up messages from WhatsApp and email.
• I want a weekly report from approved spreadsheets.
• Staff need a checklist before closing a customer request.

Do not submit

Passwords, login links, API keys, tokens, SSH keys, private keys, recovery codes, customer names with private details, patient or medical data, payment-card or bank information, passport/ID numbers, confidential files, employment/HR disciplinary records, legal claims/case documents, production database exports, or data you are not authorized to share.

If sensitive data is needed later

It must be handled only after written scope, access model, data protection terms, and secure transfer method are agreed.

Unsafe submissions

AICloudSolo may delete, ignore, redact, or refuse unsafe submissions. Submitting unsafe material does not create an obligation to process it or reply.

First demos use sample, fictional, anonymized, or explicitly approved data only.
