14 - Referral Program Terms
These terms apply if AICloudSolo offers a referral code or referral credit during limited availability.
The program is available only for eligible businesses established or operating in Israel.
Referral method
You may share your referral code or link yourself. Do not enter another person’s email or private details into AICloudSolo forms unless that person has asked you to do so and has consented. AICloudSolo should not send marketing messages to referred people without their own consent.
Referral credit
If an eligible referred business becomes a paid client, the referrer and the new client may each receive up to NIS 250 credit toward a future Workflow Review or Demo Plan. No credit is earned until AICloudSolo confirms eligibility in writing after paid conversion.
Conditions
- Credit is issued only after the referred client completes payment.
- Credit is not cash and is not transferable.
- Credit expires six months after written confirmation and cannot be applied to the engagement that generated it.
- A referrer may receive no more than NIS 500 in referral credit in any 12-month period unless AICloudSolo confirms otherwise in writing.
- Credit cannot be used for third-party costs, taxes/VAT, payment-provider fees, regulated/high-risk work, or already discounted work unless approved.
- One credit per new paying client.
- Self-referrals, fake referrals, spam, misleading promotion, or abuse are disallowed.
- AICloudSolo may change, suspend, or stop the referral program before a credit is confirmed in writing.
No unsolicited marketing
Do not spam or send unsolicited commercial messages. Share the referral link only with people or businesses where it is appropriate and lawful.
