03 - Privacy Notice
This Privacy Notice explains how AICloudSolo handles information submitted through the public website and limited-availability workflow request process.
Limited launch scope: public forms are offered only to adults acting for a business established or operating in Israel. Businesses outside Israel should not register or submit information during this limited launch.
1. Controller
For public website inquiries, AICloudSolo is the controller of the information described here. AICloudSolo is operated by Levan Cheishvili as an Individual Business in Israel. Full legal and billing details, including the business number and address, are provided in quotes, order forms, invoices, and receipts where required. Contact: aics@cheishvili.com.
The public form does not appoint AICloudSolo as a processor of client data. Any later processing of personal data on a client’s behalf requires a separate written scope and data processing agreement before access is provided.
2. What information may be collected
Depending on what you submit, AICloudSolo may collect name, business name, email address, high-level workflow description, selected workflow template, generally described tools/systems, feedback text, referral code, case/session identifier, consent records, and technical logs necessary for security, abuse prevention, and site operation.
Do not submit sensitive personal data or confidential business data through the public form.
3. Purposes
- Review your workflow inquiry and reply to your request.
- Prepare a fit-check or demo-plan proposal.
- Operate the site and prevent spam or abuse.
- Maintain consent and case records.
- Improve templates and examples.
- Administer feedback or referral programs if used.
- Comply with legal, tax, accounting, security, or dispute-handling obligations.
4. Basis for processing
Information is processed because you requested a reply or pre-contract review and gave the required form and session consents; because limited security and abuse-prevention processing is necessary to operate the site safely; or because records are required for legal, accounting, security, or dispute handling. Optional analytics remains off unless you choose to accept it. Marketing communications require separate consent where required.
5. No sale of personal data
AICloudSolo does not sell personal data.
6. Sharing with service providers
Information may be processed by providers needed to run the service, for example hosting, email, payment providers, document storage, security tools, or AI tooling used to prepare drafts or artifacts. Only the minimum necessary information should be used.
7. International processing
Some approved providers used for hosting, email, storage, payment, security, or AI-assisted drafting may process limited information outside Israel. AICloudSolo limits the information shared to what is needed for the stated purpose and uses applicable provider terms and safeguards. Do not submit information that requires a special transfer mechanism or regulated handling through the public site.
8. Retention
Authentication challenges expire after 15 minutes. In the main AICloudSolo flow, before verification the browser keeps only the opaque challenge ID in sessionStorage; the server keeps the email and necessary challenge and consent metadata. Main-site verified sessions expire after 30 minutes without genuine user interaction and after 8 hours in all cases. Personal details, workflow descriptions, chat history, request IDs, and customer profiles from that flow are not persisted in browser storage. Separately, an unfinished small-business contact draft is stored in the same browser only for its 15-minute challenge window and is removed after confirmation or expiry. Spam is deleted or anonymized when identified. Rejected, unsuitable, or abandoned unpaid inquiries and identifiable feedback are scheduled for deletion or anonymization 90 days after the last activity. Active inquiries remain while communication continues. Paid-work, consent, security, accounting, and dispute records are retained only for the period required by the applicable agreement or law. AICloudSolo reviews retention at least monthly.
9. Your rights
You may contact AICloudSolo to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security, or dispute reasons. Contact: aics@cheishvili.com.
10. Security
AICloudSolo uses reasonable safeguards for limited-availability operation, including staged access, sample-data-first workflow review, no public-form credentials, and human review gates. No internet service is completely secure.
11. Adults and business use
The site is intended only for adults acting for a business and is not intended for children or personal/household use.
12. Updates
This notice may be updated. The effective date above shows the current version.
