13 - Feedback Form Terms
These terms apply when you submit feedback about the website, examples, demo artifacts, or AICloudSolo service.
The feedback form is offered only to adults acting for a business established or operating in Israel during this limited launch.
Purpose
Feedback is used to improve the site, workflow examples, templates, service packaging, and communication.
What to submit
Submit general comments only. Do not include private customer data, confidential files, credentials, regulated data, or personal details of third parties.
Use of feedback
AICloudSolo may use feedback internally and may use aggregated or anonymized feedback to improve the service. AICloudSolo will not publish your name, business name, logo, or identifiable testimonial without separate explicit permission.
Optional reply
If you provide your email and consent to reply, AICloudSolo may contact you about your feedback. This is separate from marketing consent.
No compensation
Feedback does not create a right to compensation, discount, service, or ownership in AICloudSolo materials unless separately agreed in writing.
