AICloudSolo uses a minimal cookie posture during limited availability.
Current cookie position
The site uses necessary session storage for form/session continuity, consent record handling, abuse prevention, security, and the case/request flow. Optional Google Analytics remains off unless you choose Accept all in the cookie settings banner.
- Necessary cookie name: aics_session.
- Purpose: keep your verified session and requests connected to this browser.
- Before verification, only an opaque authentication challenge ID is kept in sessionStorage. It expires after 15 minutes and is cleared after verification, expiry, or cancellation.
- After verification, the secure HttpOnly session expires after 30 minutes without genuine user interaction and after 8 hours in all cases.
- Genuine interaction may renew the 30-minute inactivity deadline. Automatic chat polling, analytics, and background requests do not renew it.
- Personal details, workflow descriptions, chat history, request IDs, and customer profiles are not persisted in browser storage.
- Language, accessibility, sound, cookie-consent, and other non-account UI preferences may remain.
Google Analytics is optional and loads only after explicit analytics consent. AICloudSolo does not use advertising cookies for this flow.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may break forms or case/session features.
