02 - Site Contact Terms
These Site Contact Terms apply when you use the AICloudSolo website, Workflow Finder, contact form, feedback form, referral code, or similar public site features.
Limited launch scope: the public request process is offered only to adults acting for a business established or operating in Israel, for business purposes. It is not offered for personal or household use or to businesses outside Israel during this limited launch.
1. Inquiry only
Submitting a form is an inquiry only. It does not create a service contract, consulting engagement, support obligation, agency relationship, partnership, or fiduciary duty.
Paid work starts only after both sides agree in writing to the workflow scope, deliverables, exclusions, price, payment terms, data/access rules, cancellation/refund terms, and support boundaries.
2. No professional advice
Public site content and demo examples are general information. They are not legal, accounting, tax, medical, financial, cybersecurity, compliance, or regulatory advice.
You remain responsible for your own business decisions, legal obligations, customer communications, regulatory compliance, and the correctness of information you provide.
3. Do not submit sensitive data
Do not submit passwords, API keys, tokens, private keys, recovery codes, login details, patient/medical/health data, payment-card or bank-account details, government ID or passport numbers, confidential files, proprietary datasets, children’s data, legal case data, production database exports, or data you are not authorized to share.
A public submission does not create a confidentiality obligation, non-disclosure agreement, controller-processor relationship, or data processing agreement. Any later processing of client personal data requires a separate written agreement before access is provided.
4. Limited availability
AICloudSolo may decline, delay, or waitlist any request. I may refuse work that is unsafe, unclear, outside current capacity, regulated, high-risk, illegal, deceptive, abusive, or inconsistent with these terms.
5. Workflow Finder and examples
Workflow Finder results and example cards are illustrative. They are not a promise that the exact workflow can be implemented, at a specific price, or by a specific date.
6. AI-assisted work
AI tools may be used to help draft, classify, summarize, or prepare artifacts. Important outputs require human review before being used for client-facing or implementation work. Do not rely on AI-generated material as final professional advice.
7. No production changes from public forms
A public form submission will not authorize production access, customer messaging, account changes, database writes, payments, deletion of records, or automation in your live systems. Production access and processing of client personal data are not offered during this limited launch.
8. Payment and refunds
Payment, if any, is requested only after written scope confirmation. Any refund or cancellation rights are subject to the agreed written terms and applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights that cannot legally be waived.
9. Intellectual property
Public examples, templates, site text, generic workflow patterns, and AICloudSolo tools remain AICloudSolo materials unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. You retain rights to your own business information and materials that you provide.
10. Public-site warranty and reliance
The public site, Workflow Finder, examples, and preliminary replies are provided for evaluation only. They do not promise accuracy, continuous availability, fitness for a particular purpose, implementation results, savings, or business outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AICloudSolo is not responsible for indirect, consequential, special, lost-profit, or lost-data loss caused by reliance on public-site material. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
11. Site availability and changes
The website may change, be unavailable, or be discontinued. Content, pricing ranges, package names, and availability may change without prior notice.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Site Contact Terms and pre-contract public-site interactions are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rights or jurisdiction rules that cannot legally be waived. A later signed project agreement may state additional project-specific terms.
